Learning Outcomes
The HWA Matilda 5-Day Summer Camp is much more than a training program—it is a transformative journey into the magic of theater. Over five unforgettable days, your child won’t just learn the dynamic drama dance training and vocal techniques for iconic numbers like "Bruce," "When I Grow Up," and "Revolting Children"; they will build lasting self-confidence, discover their unique artistic voice, and make incredible memories with fellow young artists.
From the initial script reading to the formal performance closing ceremony, we provide a fully immersive and professional experience. Our carefully designed schedule guides students through foundational skills like basic vocalization and respiratory control, all the way to deep character analysis and role interviews. Imagine the thrill of your child putting on their costumes for stage rehearsal, finishing with pre-show makeup, and stepping under the bright stage lights to bring the brilliant, rebellious spirit of Matilda to life!
Who Should Join: Youth who love acting and singing, wish to boost their self-confidence, or want to receive professional training in musical theater (singing, dancing, and acting). Both beginners and those with prior dance or vocal experience are welcome to enrol.

By completing this programme, learners will not only receive a formal certificate of achievement, recognising their commitment and progress, but also enjoy the unique opportunity to showcase their talents in a staged performance complete with costumes and professional make‑up. This culminating experience allows participants to apply their learning in a creative and collaborative setting, building confidence and presentation skills that extend beyond the classroom. To capture these memorable moments, the programme includes professional photos and videos, providing each learner with a lasting record of their accomplishment and a portfolio piece they can share with family, peers, and future opportunities. Together, these outcomes ensure that learners leave with both tangible credentials and enriching experiences that celebrate their growth and creativity.
