Where possible, mentors familiar with the target international school, closely related curriculum frameworks, or the specific requirements of the relevant admissions interview are matched, providing guidance that is closely attuned to the characteristics of the target school.

Delivery Format

Instruction is delivered primarily through one-on-one online tutor sessions, scheduled flexibly in accordance with the student's application progress, interview dates, and current level of English expression. The programme does not operate on a fixed number of instructional hours; the appropriate number of sessions, pacing, and training priorities will be determined following an initial consultation and assessment.

Coaching Content

Coaching is customised to the student's specific application circumstances and typically includes:
Reviewing the interview requirements of the target international school, intended year of entry, and curriculum framework.

Assisting the student in developing and refining their English self-introduction, statement of application motivation, and rationale for school selection.

Consolidating the student's prior coursework, personal interests, competition involvement, extracurricular activities, voluntary service, and personal development into a set of core interview talking points.

Developing structured, logical, and individually distinctive response strategies for commonly encountered admissions interview questions.
Broadening the student's thinking and improving their expression in relation to questions concerning academic interests, course selection, campus adaptation, teamwork, and personal strengths.

Service Workflow

2. Coaching Plan Development
   Based on the student's interview objectives and available preparation time, the appropriate number of instructional hours, session pacing, and training priorities are determined, resulting in a personalised admissions interview preparation plan.

   The mentor assists the student in organising their personal background, including coursework, personal interests, competition involvement, extracurricular activities, voluntary service, reading experience, and future plans, extracting the key strengths most suitable for expression in an interview context.
5. Response Strategy Training
   Structured, logical, and individually distinctive responses are developed for commonly encountered interview questions, including self-introduction, application motivation, rationale for school selection, academic interests, extracurricular involvement, personal strengths, and future plans.
6. Academic and Campus Adaptation Question Preparation
   Preparation is provided for questions relating to the student's intended curriculum framework and target school, covering academic interests, course adaptation, English language learning, cross-cultural communication, and teamwork, enabling the student to demonstrate learning potential and campus adaptability.
7. Mock Interview and Feedback
   A one-on-one mock interview is conducted to simulate the conditions of an actual admissions interview. The mentor provides detailed feedback on the student's performance, addressing the content of responses, language expression, logical structure, level of engagement, interview etiquette, and in-the-moment adaptability.
8. Final Preparation and Adjustment

In the period immediately preceding the formal interview, key questions are reviewed, responses to high-frequency questions are refined, and the student's delivery pace and interview composure are adjusted, helping the student approach the international secondary school admissions interview with greater confidence and naturalness.
