Programme Fee Information
Programme Fee: HKD 44,800
Fee Includes: Transportation and accommodation within the US during the program (twin rooms, equivalent to no less than China’s 3-star hotel standard) / meals during sightseeing in the US / pre-departure academic training / pre-conference guidance sessions and position paper revision support / on-site academic mentoring during the conference / conference registration fee / insurance premium / fees for cultural exchange and site visits / participation certificate.
Fee Excludes: US visa application fee / international round-trip airfare between the participant’s home country and the US / transportation expenses from participants’ hometowns to the designated departure city in their home country / meals during the Model UN conference / personal expenses incurred throughout the programme / US visa administrative processing fee.

Application Process
Application Deadline: 30 November 2026 Rolling admissions. Applications may close earlier if places are filled.
Step 1: Submit Application
Step 2: Language Assessment - Within one week of application, staff will contact you to complete a required language assessment. You may be exempted if you have won an HMUN China award or submitted standardized language test scores (subject to committee review).
Step 3: Admission Notification - Qualified applicants will receive an admission notification within three days of completing the language assessment. Admitted students must sign the activity agreement and pay the relevant fees within one week, or their spot will be forfeited.
Step 4: Academic Training - The organizing committee assigns each student a committee and country based on their oral assessment results and application order. Pre-conference academic guidance is provided through in-person courses, online training, and remote Q&A.
Step 5: Visa Processing - The organizing committee will assist admitted students needing a US visa (B1/B2) with their application. Detailed instructions and timelines will be sent via email.
Step 6: Departure - Set off on your journey! The best education happens on the road.
Refund Policy
A full refund with 4% administrative and system processing fee of the programme fee will be issued for withdrawals made prior to October 9,2026.
For withdrawals between October 9, 2026, and October 19, 2026, 25% of the total programme fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
For withdrawals between October 20,2026, and November 4,2026, 50% of the total programme fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
For withdrawals between November 5,2026, and November 20,2026, 85% of the total programme fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
No refund will be issued for withdrawals made after November 21, 2026.
If the programme or services are cancelled by AISL Mall, the 4% administrative and system processing fee will be waived, and a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.
If a student does not pass the required Language Assessment or is unable to obtain the required visa, the programme fee, less a 4% administrative and system processing fee, will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 60 working days after the participant has submitted a refund request and received a confirmation email from AISL Mall confirming the refund request, together with all required and valid supporting documents.
As an alternative to refund (where applicable), you may request to transfer your enrolment to another service or programme, subject to availability and our approval. Transfers may include programmes of a higher value, with any price difference payable by you.
