The High-Level Research Publication Programme is designed for students at the university level who wish to engage in substantive academic inquiry, accumulate research experience, and produce demonstrable scholarly outputs. Based on the student's academic foundation, target discipline, application objectives, and programme expectations, the programme is offered in two formats: the One-on-One Research Mentorship Programme and the SCI/SSCI Paper Supervision Programme. These formats are designed to address the varying needs of different students with respect to the depth of personalised support, research output standards, and publication objectives. [One-on-One Research Mentorship Programme] The One-on-One Research Mentorship Programme is designed for students who wish to pursue customised research aligned with their personal academic interests. Supervision is typically provided by doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, research fellows, or professors in the relevant field. Based on the student's academic foundation, target discipline, and future application objectives, a research topic tailored to the student's individual development is designed. Under the sustained one-on-one support of a mentor, the student completes the full research process — from topic selection and literature review to research design, data analysis, and academic writing. This programme is particularly suited to students who value a high degree of flexibility, strong personalised support, and the opportunity to produce an independent scholarly output centred on their own intellectual interests. Through ongoing mentor communication and phased feedback, students not only complete an academic project but also progressively develop their understanding and articulation of a specific disciplinary field. [SCI/SSCI Paper Supervision Programme] The SCI/SSCI Paper Supervision Programme is designed for students who already possess a solid academic foundation and wish to complete a higher-level research output, with the specific goal of producing a manuscript suitable for submission to an international peer-reviewed journal. Based on the student's disciplinary background, research foundation, existing data, or preliminary topic ideas, the programme matches the student with a mentor in the relevant field and provides one-on-one supervision across all stages of the research process — including topic refinement, research design, literature review, data analysis, academic writing, journal selection, and submission preparation.
In contrast to standard research mentorship, the SCI/SSCI Paper Supervision Programme places greater emphasis on the academic significance of the research question, the methodological rigour of the research design, the structural integrity of the manuscript, and compliance with international journal submission standards. The programme aims to help students understand the complete workflow involved in producing a high-level academic publication, strengthen their capacity for independent research, academic writing, and international scholarly communication, and generate a high-quality research output that can be leveraged for postgraduate applications, research profile development, and future academic pursuits.

Programme Overview

[SCI/SSCI Paper Supervision Programme]
The programme is differentiated based on the target journal tier. The SCI Q3 track includes one introductory session and 20 hours of live online instruction; the SCI Q4 track includes one introductory session and 15 hours of live online instruction.

Service Workflow

1. Initial Assessment and Direction Confirmation
The student's disciplinary background, research experience, existing outputs, manuscript foundation, data availability, and target timeline are assessed to determine suitability for the SCI/SSCI Paper Supervision Programme and to establish a preliminary research direction.
2. Specialist Mentor Matching
Based on the student's disciplinary area, research topic, and target journal scope, a mentor with the relevant background is matched, ensuring a high degree of alignment between the mentor's expertise and the student's paper direction.
3. Topic Refinement and Research Design
The mentor collaborates with the student to refine the paper topic, clarifying the research question, research significance, theoretical framework, and methodological pathway, thereby enhancing the academic value and feasibility of the project.
4. Literature Review and Framework Construction
Under the mentor's guidance, the student completes a review of the core literature, maps the current state of research and existing gaps, and constructs the overall structure of the manuscript.
5. Data Analysis and Research Progression
Based on the disciplinary type and research methodology, the student is guided through the core research stages, which may include experimental work, data organisation, statistical analysis, case analysis, interview analysis, or model construction.
6. Academic Writing and Iterative Revision
Following the completion of an initial draft, the mentor provides multiple rounds of feedback and revision guidance addressing the manuscript's structure, argumentative logic, research methodology, interpretation of results, and academic expression.
7. Submission Preparation and Journal Matching
Based on the paper's topic and overall quality, the student is assisted in identifying and screening appropriate target journals, and in preparing all materials required for submission — including formatting adjustments, figure and table standards, reference formatting, and a Cover Letter.
8. Output Consolidation and Ongoing Support
Upon completion of the programme, the student will have produced a complete English-language manuscript and all associated submission materials. Should the paper subsequently enter a peer review or revision stage, continued revision guidance and academic support may be provided as circumstances require.

1. Develop a research topic with clear disciplinary relevance, grounded in personal interests and application objectives.
2. Demonstrate competence in foundational literature review, research question formulation, methodological selection, and the academic writing process.
3. Strengthen independent thinking, analytical reasoning, and academic expression through one-on-one mentorship. 4. Produce a structurally complete research paper or scholarly output that conforms to established academic conventions.

[SCI/SSCI Paper Supervision Programme]
1. Understand the fundamental structure, writing conventions, and international journal submission requirements of SCI/SSCI papers.
2. Formulate a research topic of greater academic significance and methodological feasibility within the student's disciplinary area.
3. Demonstrate command of the core methods involved in literature review, research design, data analysis, results discussion, and academic argumentation.
4. Produce an English-language manuscript that conforms to the writing standards of international academic journals. 5. Develop the ability to conduct a preliminary screening of target journals based on the paper's topic, research quality, and scope.
6. Strengthen academic expression, critical thinking, research integrity, and long-term research capacity.
