The GEC Platform is an accessible, affordable, and impactful cloud-based tool designed to support a ‘cultural health check’ for staff and students alike. Tackling inclusion and well-being for all staff, and attendance, safeguarding and behaviour for all students, it provides schools and educational organisations with a knowledge-based, benchmarking tool backed up by the GEC network of over 400+ D&I experts. With a personalised 'GEC Action Plan', schools and organisations can easily implement actionable steps towards inclusivity. Members gain access to an extensive online library with over 250 DEI resources, including e-learning modules and weekly "Ask me anything" sessions with our dedicated Relationship Manager. Additionally, our GEC Champion Network sessions provide a safe space for DEI leaders to share best practices and access exclusive content and events, fostering continuous learning and growth in creating inclusive environments.
