The “Winter School for Future Professionals” programme offers participants a deep dive into the world of rapidly changing financial technology sector, exploring how data storytelling and data management drive decision-making and innovation, and looking into Insurtech and electronic payment systems. As the influence of generative AI grows, participants will learn how AI automates financial processes and enhances payment solutions, and will also learn to use Python, which is commonly used in FinTech, for data analysis and automation. Through interactive lessons, practical projects, and case studies, participants will be equipped with the essential skills for navigating the rapidly evolving FinTech landscape, preparing them for further studies and careers.

The HKFYG Leadership Institute is dedicated to creating a new generation of leaders, with over 200,000 having been trained since 2000. Located at the revitalised historic Former Fanling Magistracy, the Institute combines the heritage of a graceful colonial building with immersive and interactive technology.
